Taste of the Tri-State on March 20
LAKEVILLE - The Tri-State Chamber of Commerce will host the first Taste of the Tri-State vendor fair on Sunday, March 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine, free admission, at the Mars Athletic Center at The Hotchkiss School. There will be many businesses showcasing their products and services, as well as restaurants and caterers serving an array of culinary delights for sale. It will be fun for the whole family, with music and entertainment. Troy Ramcharran of Handy Boys will be DJ, playing all kinds of music from 10 to 3.
For children, from 10 to 3, there will be necklace and bracelet making, and from 12:30 to 3 there will be face-painting with Canaan Child Care Center; from noon to 12:45 p.m. there will be a Birds of Prey program, "Hawk & Owl," presented by the Sharon Audubon Center; from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., there will be songs and storytelling with Tom Hooker Hanford, who plays instruments and engages in movement with props and animal masks.
Have a day of learning about all the businesses, services and food available in the Tri-State region, while having some fun and great food.
